Short Answer
Enter your player count and courts below. The generator builds a doubles round robin where partners rotate every round, nobody partners the same player twice in a full rotation, and byes are shared equally.
Print the session sheet, or use the free printable scorecards and brackets linked under the tool.
A round robin is the fairest club format: everybody plays everybody, partners change every round, and the strongest pairings emerge on their own instead of being fixed all session.
The hard part is the draw. Done by hand, someone always ends up with the same partner twice or three byes in a row. This generator uses a tested rotation so neither happens.
Which Format Fits Your Group?
With 8 to 16 players and enough courts, run the full rotation: everyone partners everyone, and the session takes roughly 15 minutes per round with games to 11.
With more players than courts, keep the full rotation and let the generator split rounds into waves. With limited time, cap the rounds instead; partners still never repeat, and byes stay shared.
Odd numbers are fine. The rotation adds a bye slot and shares the sitting rounds out, so nobody sits twice while someone else plays every round.
Printable Scorecards and Brackets
Paper still runs most club sessions. These free printables match the generator: a doubles scorecard in both scoring systems, a blank session sheet for hand-written draws, and seeded single-elimination brackets.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many rounds is a full round robin?
One fewer than the number of rotation slots: 11 rounds for 12 players, 15 for 16. A full rotation is the point where every player has partnered every other player exactly once.
What happens with an odd number of players?
The generator adds a bye slot and rotates it, so sitting out is shared equally across the group. Nobody partners the bye slot twice in a full rotation.
We only have two courts for 16 players. Does it still work?
Yes. Each round splits into waves of two matches, and everyone still rotates together between rounds. The session simply takes about twice as long per round.
Can I use this for a tournament?
Yes, as the group stage or a social mixer. For the knockout stage, use the printable seeded brackets above, and seed them from the round robin standings.
